The Maldon Smoke & Fire Festival is a 2-day KCBS Master competition, family weekend and charity fundraiser event ( Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust ) which this year attracted 17 teams and over 18,000 visitors.
A celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke, with over 100 award-winning vendors, Extreme eating competitions, 2 x Music stages including the Southern Comfort Americana Stage with over twenty bands.
Held in the grounds of Promenade Park, Maldon Essex UK, with its avenues of mature trees and grass recreation areas running down to the banks of the river Blackwater.
