KCBS Judge & Table Captain Class

Would you like to become a certified KCBS BBQ Judge or Table Captain?

Then sign up for the course to become a certified BBQ judge or Table Captain. On Sunday 17 june 2018 we organize a Judge class followed bij a Table Captain Class. The Class is given by Marianne en Mayco van Galen.

During the course you will learn all about judging a KCBS 4 standard meats by KCBS standards. Where should you look for? How should you evaluate the meat? After the theory you will judge the 4 categories in practice. At the end of the class you are a KCBS certified BBQ judge (CBJ).

As a certified Table Captain you are the eyes and ears at the table for the Rep. You deliver the boxes to your Judge table. You show the boxes to the Judges and let them pick the meat for judging. After judging you bring the scorecards to the Rep. At the end of the class you are a certified Table Captain (CTC).
To take this course you need to be a KCBS member, remember to bring your membership card to the class.

Cost Judge Class €85.00 for KCBS members and €110.00 for not KCBS members.
(For not KCBS members the cost includes 1 year membership of the KCBS.)
If you are a KCBS member, mention your kcbs number when you register for the class, and remember to bring your membership card.

Cost Table Captain class: €50.00 (you have to be a KCBS member)

Coffee, tea and sandwiches are provided.
