Dear BBQ Teams e Judges,
Piacere Barbecue e KCBS announce the IBC – Italian Barbecue Championship 2017
KCBS Master Series of Barbecue has been postponed to 9-10 September 2017.
Many Teams and Judges have reported that the delay in the confirmation of the 4th edition
of Perugia competition has determined, although with regret, the impossibility for too many
to plan well in advance their trip and more their participation to the event.
The common commitment of our organization and KCBS is to work together to let IBC grow, increasing
year after year the number of participant teams and to help the whole movement of Barbecue in Italy
ensuring all European and non European BBQ Teams fair opportunity to participate in a so loved competition
competing for the important prize and the title of IBC Grand Champion 2017.
For this purpose, the 4th edition of the Italian Championship Barbecue
will be held in Perugia (Italy) from 9th to 10th September 2017.
Teams and Judges already registered have the possibility to confirm whether or not their participation
in the new dates simply responding to this communication.
